HILLSBORO, NH:  Mary Ann (Marlowe) Hamel, 87, passed away June 24, 2023 at Concord Hospital.

She was born September 8, 1935 in Worcester, MA, to the late Francis and Doris (Duggan) Marlowe.  She was also predeceased by her grandson Nick Zimmermann.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Charles “Chick” Hamel, her daughters, Deborah McDonald, Joanne Hayes (and Richard), Kathleen Hamel (and Keven Huemoler), Susan Kingsbury (and Allan), Stephanie Garon (and Matt), and her son, David (and Mel).  She also leaves her grandchildren, Garrett, Molly, Elizabeth (and Jeff), Katlyn (and Gerard), Emily, Kalen and Emerson Grace, great-grandchildren, Adrianna, Zachary, Temperance, Mirabelle, Riley Teagan and Bodhi, and her brother, Edward Marlowe of Florida.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

The Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Hillsboro, NH is assisting the family.
