WEARE, NH:  John D. Eaton, Sr., a loving father, grandfather, brother, and son, sadly passed away unexpectedly on August 20,2023, at 52.

John was born January 18, 1971 in Concord, NH.

John was passionate about the outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, motocross, and gold prospecting. Over the years, his joy came from taking his son, beginning at 4, motocross and four-wheeler racing. He loved the sport that allowed him to spend so much time with his beloved son and frequently volunteered at Jolly Rogers every summer.

John also enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was incredibly proud to be a new grandfather to his only grandchild, Wilder. He had an enormous heart and a wonderful sense of humor and will be remembered for all the good times he shared with friends and family. He will be dearly missed by those lucky to know him.

John is survived by his son, John Eaton, Jr., and his partner, Celeste Howe, grandson, Wilder Eaton, parents, Daniel and Carol Eaton, siblings, Wes Eaton and his wife, Britt, and Sandy Eaton and nieces and nephews.

John’s absence will be deeply felt by his family and friends.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a celebration of life, which will be held at The American Legion Post 65, 12 N Stark Hwy, Weare, NH, on September 8, 2023 from 11 am to 4 pm.
