HENNIKER, NH:  Michael Richard Pashko passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at the age of 78 in Maine in the presence of his wife of 54 years, Mary Lou Pashko. 

In addition to Mary Lou, Michael leaves behind his three children, Michelle Pashko of Haymarket, VA, Michael C. Pashko of Henniker, NH, and Alissa Schroeder, of Vancouver, Canada, his sister Jeanette Barton and nephew James Barton, both of Howard Beach, NY, his two grandchildren, Crystal and Braden Campbell of Haymarket, VA and many other

in-laws, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Michael was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1943 to parents Michael and Eleanor Pashko. He lived in Queens, NY for many years where he delivered school supplies for the NY Board of Education.

He enjoyed repairing and racing cars. In his early 20s, Michael served in the New York Army
Reserve. He married in 1968 and relocated to New Hampshire in 1972. He resided in Henniker, NH for the remainder of his life. He enjoyed photography and cooking, and was famous within his family for his weekly pizza making.

Michael was a Certified Master Mechanic and spent his career in the automotive service and
repair industry. He and his partner, Chuck Nelson, owned and operated the successful P&N
Automotive Services business on 140 Pleasant Street in Concord, NH for over two decades
before Michael’s retirement in 2009.  After retirement, Michael fulfilled his dream of owning a lakeside cabin in Maine, where he spent many enjoyable summers fishing, boating, and viewing wildlife. He looked forward to visits from family to enjoy the beauty and solitude of the Maine wilderness as well as the annual visits from a Connecticut Veterans group for their fishing excursions on Little Pushaw Pond.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, August 1, 2022 at 2 pm at the Henniker Cemetery, 83 Old Concord Road, Henniker, NH 03242 immediately followed by a reception at the
Congregational Church Parish Hall at 43 Maple Street, Henniker, NH 03242.
