HILLSBORO, NH:  Timothy John Penney, 39, of Hillsboro, NH passed away on November 26, 2021 in Deering, NH. 

Timothy was born in Concord, NH on May 23, 1982 to Lawrence A. and Helen (Daniels) Penney. 

Timothy worked or Gerini Trucking as a mechanic and driver for years. 

Survived his father, Lawrence A. Penney and his mother, Helen (Daniels) Penney of NH, a son, Frank A. Penney of OK, a sister, Bunnie Smart of NH, a brother, Frank Penney and two nieces, Molly and Alison Smart. 

Services and Burial will be held at the convenience family at a later date.
