HENNIKER, NH:  Bruce Barrett passed away peacefully at his home on May 3^,  2021 after a hard-fought battle with lung cancer, which he was diagnosed with back in October 2020.

Bruce was born on October 11, 1961 to William and Dottie Barrett. He worked his entire adult life in the concrete/construction industry and was incredibly well respected in his field of work. His hard work and dedication to his family was unmatched, and his work ethic was second too none.

He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, gardening, cooking, enjoying weekends at the family camper and hanging out at home with his family. 

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Kelly, and their children, Billy and Jamie, his father and mother in-laws Ken and Rosemary,  sisters-in-law, Tracy and Barbara, and brother-in-law, Craig, his three nephews, Cody and his wife Sarah, Hunter, and Ben, two nieces, Lauren and Livi, great-niece, Kennedy, great nephew, Jaden and a multitude of close friends. He was predeceased by both his parents. 

Calling Hours will be Thursday, May 6, from 6 to 8 pm at Holt Woodbury Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Hall Avenue in Henniker, NH.

Graveside services will be held Friday, May 7, at 2 pm at Henniker New Cemetery, Old Concord Rd, Henniker.
