HENNIKER, NH: Christopher P. Hall, 41, of Henniker, NH died Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Concord Hospital. Christopher his twin sister, Ann, were born on 12/20/1979 in Ft. Collins CO.
In 1981 our family moved to Henniker, NH. When Chris was four, he sustained a severe head injury in a freak accident. Miraculously, when he awoke from his coma, he was alert and responsive, smiling and laughing appropriately.
He attended Henniker schools and was treated kindly and respectfully by the staff and students. Over the years, we had help with his care and some of the caregivers became like members of the family and are still part of our lives. He also received services from Community Bridges and one of their staff would take him our three days a week. He enjoyed going out to eat and visiting parks and stores. His favorite drink was Starbucks Frappuccino, which we bought by the case. He was also included on many family events with his seven siblings. Many of the people who knew Chris well felt their lives were enriched by his sweet and joyful spirit. We feel privileged to have cared for him for 37 years and will miss him terribly.
Chris is survived by his parents, Frank L. and Yvonne C. (Orbaker) Hall, Henniker, NH, siblings, Ann Hall, Portland, ME, Timothy Hall, Westlake Village, CA, Steven McCoy, San Antonio, TX, Sean McCoy, Lynn, MA, Scott McCoy, Yuma, AZ, Michael McCoy, Keyport, NJ, Melanie, McCoy, Plymouth, NH and seven nephews, four nieces, four great-nieces and three great-nephews.
Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
