HENNIKER, NH:  Louise T. (Balboni) Campana, born December 4, 1924, passed away at the age of 96, on Friday, January 29, 2021 at the Hillsborough County Nursing home where she was given loving care during a long illness. 

She was born in Wellesley, MA, moved to Southborough, MA, Weare, NH and then to Henniker, NH.

She was predeceased by husband, Frank, Sr., her parents, John and Alda (Borgatti) Balboni, her sisters Josephine, Mary, Genevieve, and Doris and her brothers, John and Francis.  Louise was the last child of the first generation of her Italian immigrant parents.

She leaves a son, Frank Campana, Jr. and wife, Mary Jo of Weare, NH, grandson, Michael Campana and his wife, Ellen, and their children, Kaitlinn and William of NY, grandson, Joe Campana and his wife, Melissa, and their three daughters, Madison, Chloe and Charlotte of WA, and granddaughter, Kathy Jo Campana of MA, and many nieces and nephews.

Louise was a communicant of St. Theresa’s Church, Henniker. Her life was kindly and full.  She worked side by side with Frank, Sr. who was a lifelong self-employed furniture maker/woodworker.

The family request flowers be omitted and suggests memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice or Hillsborough County Nursing Home, 400 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH 03045.

A grave side burial will be in the spring at the New Cemetery in Henniker.
