WASHINGTON, NH:  Jeffrey C. Lawrence 54, of Washington, NH died November 11, 2017.

He was born October 1, 1963 in Rockville, CT.

He worked for Salem Ford for over 23 years where he was well respected, and everyone knew that if he couldn’t fix it, it couldn’t be fixed.

Jeff always put others’ needs ahead of his own and would drop everything to help out a friend or family member in need. Although he appeared to be rough around the edges, everyone that truly knew him knew he had a heart of gold.

Our beloved Jeff, was taken from us due to health problems. He leaves behind his beloved wife Joan C. Lawrence of 14 years, his children he truly thought of as his own: Brian Golder, Sarah Penn and Richard Searles;  four grandchildren: Bryan, Christopher, Nathan and Parker; mother, Cheryl Houghton and her husband James Houghton; brothers: Kevin Lawrence, Gary Lawrence and James Houghton, Jr;  sisters: Jane Thayer and Diane Chaski; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law and too many friends to count.

He is predeceased by brothers, Timothy and Brian Lawrence, sister, Joanne Houghton and nephew Joe Lawrence.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 2 pm in Center Cemetery, Washington, NH.
