CONCORD, NH:  Richard Allen Gutmann Jr, 60, passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Concord on April 8, 2017. 

He was born on July 2, 1956 to Richard A. and Zeta (Price) Gutmann. 

Buddy was a 1975 graduate of Bellows Falls Union High School in Bellows Falls, VT. He was employed as a restaurant manager and cook at various local restaurants.  He enjoyed golf and gardening but cooking was his great passion. 

Buddy leaves behind his mother, Zeta Gutmann of Concord, sisters: Kathleen Eames of Charlestown, NH; Margaret Bergeron of Wellington, FL; Dianna Liimatainen of Concord; Wendy Littlefield of Saco, ME; and Carol Walker of Concord.  He was also survived by a brother-in-law, Marc Bergeron and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his father, Richard A. Gutmann. 

The family gives their grateful thanks to Steve Carson at Holt-Woodbury Funeral Home for his wonderful assistance in making arrangements during this sad time. 

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Condolences and prayers are greatly appreciated by Buddy’s family.  However, it is our wish that our mother who is 95 and has Alzheimer’s be left with her loving memories of her son being alive and well. 

Buddy has left us too soon. 

He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.  May he now have the peace he could not find on earth.
